Energy consumption analysis and energy saving potential research of port passenger station buildings

This paper carries out field investigation and test on the port passenger station in cold zone and hot summer and warm winter zone. Based on the survey data, the building model is established with eQUEST. The orthogonal experiment is designed to analyse the significance level of different influencing factors, and the building energy saving potential is studied by simulation. Results show that for the port passenger station in cold zone, the total energy saving rates of the building are 3.09% and 10.35%, respectively, when the floor radiant heating of municipal hot water is used in winter and the three-step intermittent control is used for daylight lighting. For the port passenger station in hot summer and warm winter zone, the total energy saving rates of the building are 5.18% and 7.58%, respectively, when the indoor design temperature is thermal-neutral in summer and the three-step intermittent control of daylight lighting is adopted.
